  Great service! Amazing quality! They are experts in diamonds and really knows what I want! We’ve been doing ring shopping for the last two weeks and this place made me feel super comfortable! Olaf is amazing at helping me find the ring I want! Thank you!!!

  I have had great experiences here, love the way their 'showroom' works. However when I was last in with my fiance to pick out his wedding band, I was a little taken back that both employees assumed he was paying for the ring. Nothing was said to me, but payment was asked from him - although I had said I wanted to pay for the ring. And I asked about financing and was told the only way was to continue to use his previous financing account. In the end, I now need to send him money to put onto the account. I found that unprofessional, and hurt my feelings. Instead of assuming, a simple question of who will be taking care of the balance should suffice.

  AMAZING SERVICE We were helped by Tristan, ask for him if you go, you will not regret it. Super informative, not pushy, gives options based on your budget. He continually educated us, told us that each ring could be catered to your budget. Very supportive in our choices and offered helpful suggestions. I love that you are able to walk in and try on any ring, and how he was our customer representative at all times! Highly recommend going to Spence for all your needs and Tristan is A+++++ 😁

  I was fortunate and privileged enough to have Scott help me at Spence Diamonds. He was discreet when I needed him to be and an absolute blast to deal with the rest of the time. I had him get my wife's ring size in such a casual way that she had no clue. Then when I was able to go back without my future Misses, he recognized me right away (2 weeks) and he was able to put together the ring she described that day. I would recommend Spence Diamonds to anybody who has no idea about diamonds, and would love a warm experience with someone who was more like a friend. Thank you Scott for your wealth of knowledge and your friendly face from day one!

  Searching for wedding bands, Suzanne greeted and guided us through every step of the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted. It was a seamless, hassle-free experience for us both, especially for such a daunting task. We highly recommend seeking Suzanne out if you're in the market for some fancy jewellery.
