  I totally agree with the comment below. the building itself is good, but the management of this building is way lower than average.

  The building itself is great; it has nice amenities and is in a prime location! However, the management team and the concierge folks are so disrespectful - beyond an imaginative point. They constantly yell at the tenants, they even swear at the tenants, and they never use common sense. It all starts with the Manager of that team. He is man in his mid-50s who does not speak good English. But the issue is not his inability to speak English well. It’s his attitude and power tripping that gets him. When you come to the concierge desk and ask a question, you are always attacked by his responses. A simple question will turn into an argument and a shouting match. There is not a day that I have walked by where tenants are not arguing with the folks at the concierge desk. You start to wonder (after hundreds of times) who is at fault ... and I am convinced that it is not the tenants. Several of my neighbours have moved out from the building because of the management team and the concierge team. It is absolutely terrifying to know that tenants are being harassed and bullied at their place of residence!! The other issue with this building is that parking for guests is impossible to find unless you pay for it.

  The place itself is nice and convenient, however, some of the neighbors are smoking right in their apartments, making your apartment essentially an ashtray. Property managers aren't helpful at all and just useless in this situation. Would recommend to be cautious if you want to move in
