  The employees at this establishment are extremely snobby and rude. I was running about 5 minutes late for my 14 year old daughters eyebrow appointment and when I called them to let them know the girl said “ don’t bother coming now”. I was shocked!! I asked why she said “ we don’t have time for people being late, we are just too busy”!! Can you imagine?? I was flabbergasted! I was so shocked at her condescending tone of voice. Needless to say that my daughter was very sad 😢 But I’m a strong believer in that everything happens for a reason. We then found Amber at Serenity Spa in Barrhaven and she is AMAZING!!! 😁😁. I have no time for rude people in my life anyway so it worked out perfectly 👍👍

  Loved my eyebrow waxing with Ann! She did an awesome job - never had such a perfect shaping done so quickly before. Will definitely be visiting again.

  Came here to get my eyebrows done! They were cleaned and shaped very nicely and the space was so clean and comforting. Great service as well. Just be aware there's only waxing option for eyebrows no threading
