  Fantastic place! The ambience is really relaxing and the services are top notch. Their employees are friendly and cares about your needs. I would recommend going on weekdays since they have great promotions.

  Probably the best massage experience you can ever find in Toronto. I felt spiritually renewed and it is that type of place that fosters and nurtures an calming, peaceful healing that we lack in today's spas. They offer a selection of healthy teas, have the best massage therapists, and everybody is registered and professional. They also offer different and various massages from wraps to many different styles, so if you're looking for something in particular, they'll accommodate. Loved it!

  I guess my expectations were a little too high for This place but the service was very distant and not as attentive as what we thought would be natural for someone in this industry to be able to do. Also they were not organized and made us feel uncomfortable for choosing the same nail polish colour so one of us had to awkwardly wait... we wish there had been more genuine care

  Very disappointed. Booked an appointment through their online services, to realize on the day of that they hadn't marked down my appointment. Gave me a 50% discount on my next treatment. When I called back to book another appointment with that discount, I was told it was just on one specific category of treatment and not all, as I was mentioned before. Receptionist asked me if I wanted her to check with management and call me back to let me know if it was applicable or not, to which I answered yes. It's been 2 days, she hasn't called me back yet....

  The massotherapist I had was amazing! Unfortunately, she’s not a full time employee, she seemed to have been called to help out. There was only 1 washroom for 3 story place...( that I was told about) I had to wait for it to be free. I went before and after my massage session: being pregnant, you cannot really wait, I ended up going in after someone... not the best moment to walk in, IMO. But most importantly, What I find “sketchy” is that they didn’t apply the promotion for first time client on prenatal massage AND the receipt I received didn’t correspond to the amount I actually paid for... i emailed them when I got home, doing my filing for insurance. Took them a few days to reply to my email, they sent me another receipt with the correct amount. Before my booking their replies were pretty instantly, but for the above issue, they said they had email issues... The staffs are friendly indeed. Place looks clean and all, but for the above points, I decided to not go back, in case it happens again.
