  I've had two ultrasounds here. The clinic is very nicely set up and has free parking. I found the reception staff to be very courteous on the phone and in person. However, I was disappointed with the ultrasound experience itself. The first one was for a medical procedure, so I wasn't concerned when the technician didn't talk to me, but the second was for a 12 week pregnancy ultrasound. The technician didn't say anything to us throughout the procedure, didn't let us hear the heartbeat (although we could see it on the screen), and didn't allow us to have a picture. For my first pregnancy I used another clinic and I'll be returning there, even though I have to pay for parking!

  This was my first visit and Shifra was perfection. I have some special needs and she was utterly sensitìve yet professional-a difficult balance indeed Thank you very much, Shifra's approach was greatly appreciated as medical staff are not always intuitive. Jenn

  The staff here is amazing! We have had a stressful few days as the doctor suspected a problem and needed an ultrasound to know for sure. When we arrived this morning there was a problem with the requisition. Thank you so much Kim for going above and beyond to make sure we got the scan done!

  I’m incredibly impressed by the efficiency of this office. I was able to get a same day appointment and the woman on the phone was very helpful and informative. When I arrived the front desk staff were very welcoming and quick with checking me in. The technician came to get me for my appointment right on time and she was so friendly, thorough and efficient. We thoroughly discussed why I was there, completed both requested tests and I was done my appointment in under thirty minutes. I’m really pleased with the entire visit.

  The People who work at sound care are amazing people. They have so much patience and will go out of their way to help you if they can. My Dr Sent all my Requisition forms over except the one they needed today. My appointment was for 8 am and I called my Dr right away to have them fax it.They said it would be there in 10 minutes after 2 more attempts to get my form the sonographer did my Ultrasound while we waiting for the Requisition to come in. After waiting 2 hours for the fax my Dr swore was coming never showed Up Kim got on the phone and was able to get everything we needed and I was on my way. Today was a very special appointment for me and I was so glad that they were able to squeeze me in after my appointment was already missed. I am happy to announce I am now in my second trimester and the baby is doing great. Thank you so much Kim for everything you did!
