  I ordered a garbage can and received something different than pictured. i tried phoning, emailing and contacting them through their website and have not been able to reach anyone. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

  We were greeted warmly on our way in, found what we needed, but felt ignored for a good amount of time while standing at the checkout (there was no one else in line, and two employees were discussing something).

  Worst shopping experience ever. Not only did they not help either of us, they did not care whether we could find what we were looking for nor could they tell is if the products were in a different spot in the store. We won't ever go back.
