  Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all worst experience and still paying for it. Would not reccomend ever

  Terrible customer service by who appears store manager. Wanted Keds size 8.5 and didn't have them in store. Was offered to ship it to me place and would be able to apply my 10% off my first purchase including the inner soles i wanted. The system doesn't allow them to purchase shoes and soles for shipping. So we had to do two transactions and then were charge 11$ of shipping for 8$ soles. Good thing we caught that cause we were never advise of such. Then the girl told us that how is it cause the second transaction is less than 50$. A good customer service would have been that they would have went online of their actual website and made a single purchase transaction for us. A bit of imagination and initiative doesn't hurt and can go a long way to make your customers satisfied. But I guess this store doesn't have either of these attributes.

  Very disappointed in my slippers as the fur is coming off in clumps as well as in small pieces.i won't buy these again for the price they are not worth it.purchased in October 2016 and the first bit of fur was off by Xmas day.
