  Facility's are all around in good working order and more than enough equipment to provide an all around body work out. There's just one problem with the managment in regards to having christa the manager getting in contact to resolve issues. There was an additional $30 EFT taking from my account, i called several times to speck to the manager to have it taking care of. She refused to call and took me 3 weeks of calling to get a hold to discuss matter. Her excuse was that shes busy and manages 5 locations. Come to find out that these additional funds are for facility upgrades that i'm sure other members are unaware of as well. This is "THEFT" due to me the 8year member who did "NOT" authorize this transaction. Christa is "INEPT" in handling the most basic of managment task.

  Been going for a few years. Does the job Well, large space. Needs newer equipment. There's also an annoying girl named HOLLY who thinks she's staff who goes around yelling loudly and cursing. She believes she's a Staff Trainer but isn't an employee. She constantly is at the gym and can be seen doing nothing but talking, she insists she should be the "number 1" member at this gym because she's always there and had a tantrum when she found out she came 3rd of the month. This girl can ruin your session many times as she is very loud and likes to walkaroubd the whole gym screaming. Her brother isn't even better he shouts and screams when he lifts, usually causes myself and my mates to stop doing what we are doing to make sure no one just got hurt to find out this kid is screaming curling 20lbs. This whole family is weird and odd and can ruin your session at the gym. Either staff don't know or they don't want to do anything because Holly has a few staff members in her phone and they are "friends" but beware! These two are the only real downside at this gym!

  You're facility is always clean, more than enough equipment (rarely wait for machine) and your staff on Regent is absolutely the best. Amazing girls you have there!

  Not a bad gym. Could use a bit more improvement in change room. And some of the machines are waaaaay yo high to reach. Such aa the lat pull down machine. You will need to tip toe or jump and let your weight bring things down.
