  Excellent Service. Donnie and Jennifer were amazing to work with. Every concern I had was met. I never felt any pressure to sign and they worked with my timeline and constraints.   I recently dealt with Shelley Sirois on a change to my policy. I was worried I would have to find another insurance company. Shelley contacted them, explained my whole situation, I did not change my work place, I just retired and whatever magic she used, they decided to keep me on and even grandfathered me so I would not go through that again. It was a long wait, but Shelley pulled it all together and I am so happy with the service, she kept me informed through the process and I felt well taken care of.
