  We were treated like royalty when we went in to purchase a bed! The service was incredible. A mistake was made with the sheets we ordered but they were quick to fix the mistake! The sales man was amazing! We were beyond impressed with the service we received and would recommend this location to others when purchasing beds mattresses etc !!! Wow wow wow

  I wish I could give zero to their after sales customer service. I purchased two mattresses with 100 days comfort exchange warranty. After a month I went to exchange the mattress which was not comfortable with a same model but a firmer mattress, they said that the model is discontinued and for the newer model I need to pay 400-600 extra for each mattress. When I tried to get the explaination of how the model is discontinued in 30 days and why should I pay for the price difference for the newer model, and why they gave the comfort exchange warranty for 100 days in the first place? they were very rude and unfriendly. I will never go there again. And I don't advice anyone to go there. They will be totally different before and after sale.

  I wish I could give zero stars. By far the worst customer service and warranty honouring ever. They request multiple pictures and refused to send a tech out. When posted online about their bad service they messaged us and said they can see there are body imprints and that they just need one more picture. We sent in that last picture and they closed our file the next day saying there is nothing they can do. When I called they tried to offer a coupon for 25% off. I told them I’d never give any of my hard earned money to them ever again and I suggest no one else ever does. I hope this company nose dives. The market will hopefully catch wind of this and sales will plummet.

  Had a great experience at Sleep Country. Saleswoman was very attentive and asked all the right questions, while also answering all of my questions. Because of this I got a great bed at a great price during the holidays.

  I was told to go to Sleep Country to get my bedding as they were said to be decent and offer free delivery and setup. I went in December and handed them my vouchers right away as my new house didn't have any bedding and I needed it for my children. I made sure I didn't owe any difference on the bedding and they assured me my bedding would arrive to the store by the start of January and that they would call me right away to set up a delivery date. January came along and I didn't receive a phone call or anything so I went in to see what was going on, they told me they would call me. I waited and no phone call so I started to call them and they kept saying things like "You're not in our system" or "Part of your information is missing, let us update it" etc. I got my worker involved and they even started lying to my worker saying I owed money when I didn't, and then they changed the story saying that they were trying to call me when they didn't. Then they started avoiding our phone calls. I never did get my bedding from them and had to go elsewhere for it. All I wanted was a place for my children to sleep.
