  Based on my experience their service was pretty good. As long as you follow all the procedures and paper work properly, the service is quick. Maybe you cannot reach them by phone or email, you need to go to the office to solve all you problems. as long as you are there they act quickly...

  2018-4-6, I went to the office with my 18-year-old son to pay his passport fee. After waiting for 30 minutes bored, I took 3 photos of my son who was sitting on the chair facing me. I was proud of him growing up and having his first trip without me. At this moment, a slim tall Indian-looking mid-40 security walked over, “Why you take photos of the passport office?" I said:"I took photos of my son", he said: "You are not allowed to do that.", I said:" I did not know that, there is no sign on the wall", he said"I want to see you delete the photo", so I deleted the 3 photos. that no-brain security guard continues:"If you do that again, I will call the security guard inside." I said: "After you told me not allowed, I deleted, what made you think I will do that again?" My son started to apologise to him. That guy's tone is so rude and provoking and low quality, if it is not for my son, I would ask to talk to that guy's manager.

  Terrible experience 2 days waiting for someone to talk with the guarantor and it is impossible to talk with some on the phone , left a million messages, have flight ticket in hand ready to go to the airport and none contact the guarantor back, too stressful they don't care.

  Denied my passport application because of a false accusation. Refused to give me the reason why until after my passport application was denied. All my concerns fell on deaf ears. Follow up requires a hard copy letter. No email. No phone calls. So they can hide in the safety of their corrupt office. Expect me to pay for another application because of their mistakes. No accountability. No regard for my money. Disgusting. Apply at your own risk. I encourage others in this situation to speak up. I know it happens more often than not. We have no voice. They rob us within the legal parameters to take advantage of us. Abuse of power. But no one cares.

  All of my experiences here have been positive. The staff was very professional and helpful. For the best chance of making it a smooth, painless experience for yourself, be certain to come with all of the required documentation and paperwork for the correct application. All of the necessary information is available on their website. Be sure to go through it thoroughly. Do try to avoid the peak hours, which seems to be just after opening, lunch time, and just before closing. In case you need to retake photographs, there is a place within Sinclair Centre right across from the Passport Office that provides the service.
