  This place provides us with excellent care. We called and dealt with Sonya who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were from Edmonton and only needed the cremation part to the service but we also got the online obituary that we could update once the actual service details were available in Edmonton. We were able to have a viewing on the Sunday for family members in Calgary. everyone was professional and compassionate.

  My wife recently passed away suddenly without warning after 49 years of marriage. Simply Cremations has made a very difficult time easier for me. I've found them to be very professional, unfailingly discreet, helpful and efficient in helping arrange the funeral services I requested for my wife. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who find themselves in the heart breaking situation of having a loved family member pass on.

  During such a difficult time, Simply Cremations specifically Cheryl took care of everything, extremely professional and made it as easy as it could be for me. I didn't feel pressured into spending a great deal of money and was very thankful for that. Thank you so much Cheryl, for everything.

  This is an incredible company. My Dad died suddenly and, unfortunately, there were no preparations or plans in place. We were also going through difficult financial times, so did not have a lot of money to spend. Simply Cremations (Whitney was our advisor), handled the whole situation with dignity, respect and compassion.From the first phone call my daughter made to them, to picking up my Dad's ashes. They had a beautiful selection of Urns and other memorial tributes available. They honored all our wishes and supported us through the entire process. My family and I will be forever grateful for Whitney and Simply Cremations. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a highly ethical, professional, but still empathetic, crematorium. I honestly can't say enough about them.

  5 Stars isn't enough! My father passed away, suddenly and unexpectedly... I was lost. Thankfully I had help from a best friend who ended up calling Simply Cremations & Funeral Services, and from there the phone rep was extremely compassionate and assisted with all explanations and all my options being the sole next of kin... I can't thank Simply Cremations & Funeral Services enough...the staff was extremely helpful and informative...
