  Outstanding experience with superior customer service! No pressure to buy, and a very informative time spent trying different mattresses and accessories. Emphasis on comfort of clients, not most expensive mattress. Highly recommended.

  Tim Wall was 'very' knowledgeable and helpful in our quest to find a new mattress. We probably checked out at least 5 other stores but were very impressed with the personal service here. We were happy with the pricing and very pleased with the attention to our particular requirements as far as delivery was concerned. Our new bed is a Beautyrest Cassandra and we love it!!

  We had an issue with our mattress and I was super impressed with the turn around for our warranty claim. Super easy to deal with. The staff at the store were super helpful when we made our first purchase and just as great when we selected our warranty replacement. The tech who came over to look at our mattress for the warranty claim was also prompt, professional, and personable. Lastly, the delivery guys were super friendly, print, and professional. End to end, I couldn't have been happier with our experience. Exceeded my best case scenario expectations.

  Amazing customer service from Kristy (sorry if the spelling is wrong!!) My bf and I just happened to notice this place was open on a Sunday after trying to go to what would be their competition which was closed. Super friendly and very helpful. We had it picked out and paid for in no time. Only problem we had was with delivery and my apologies for the nasty phone call from me. Talked to a gentleman from there who let me know it would be delivered the next day. Obviously some miscommunication between a few people as we ended up having to go pick it up. They did take our old mattress though. New mattress is amazingly comfortable and we will recommend you to anyone who needs a mattress. Thank you!!

  Went to this store to see what they had as I like Simmons products. Tim the salesman tricked me into a used bed without telling me it was used. I found out that they didn't even have the bed sanitized between other peoples homes and mine. Talk about gross. After the owner Charlie backed up this sales practice and wouldn't take back the bed I talked to a director at Simmons Canada. I found out that this store isn't even associated with Simmons Canada. The Director at Simmons Canada also notified me that it wasn't the first time they had an issue with this store.
