  I bought a hoverboard from them and it broke so I tried to return it under my year warranty and they told me they could not return it as they have been recalled and don't carry that brand of hoverboard anymore SCAMMERS 700$ down the drain

  Shady business practices. We purchased 2 seat cushions from them. The clerk pointed out the return policy "No refunds-Gift Cards-Exchanges Only" and we were fine with that. However, after taking them home and trying them once, they were absolutely not satisfactory. So, we took them back the next day and were told we could not return them, exchange them or anything as we had used them and under Health Canada Regulations, once they had been used they could not be returned. We had NOT been given this information when we purchased them and therefore felt we had a right to return them, but they would not accept them back. I feel their business practices are vague and unethical and I would discourage you from purchasing anything there. We are going to pursue this matter through Consumer Affairs and the Victoria Better Business Bureau.
