::Nice small tiny store with some as seen on tv products. Some are over priced and some are very reasonable. The staff was really nice and helpful and tried her best to help me pick the gifts I was looking for but their sales are all final. Unfortunately I got three shoe laces for my kids that were supposed to light but only one out of the 6 works the rest need batteries which are pretty expensive and I wasn't expecting myself to be paying full price for an item that would not work as described. I was disappointed.

::Sudbury, Lasalle Store - This is literally the worst store I've been to. Customers service was awful. Not only have I been waiting to exchange a product since Christmas because of the wrong size, they lie to me and say they just got the product a week ago. I did leave my details with them early January and not once did I receive a call to tell me the product was in. Now I find out I can't return it because it was bought at Christmas time as a final sale. The guy that sold the product to my husband said that's ok take it for now put it in her stocking and just bring it back unused with the receipt. We have been trying to bring it back ever since. Now that they finally have the size needed they deny the exchange. I'm beyond myself. I will never ever shop at this place again. Folks, make sure you get any deals you make with this store in writing. Better yet don't shop there at all. Not worth the aggravation.

::Showcase is an awesome store if you are looking for squishies or hoverboards ect. A little small with people fitting everywhere but that won't change that this store is good!
