Most caring and professional pharmacy I have used in my 67 years. Helpful, courteous and professional.

Gave me medication, and did not check properly for allergens (as I had requested): I went in, and requested that the drug company be called before any medication was despenced to me (I was with someone else). I am very allergic to a certain substance, and I need to minimize the likelihood that I come into contact with trace amounts. I was sick for two weeks, and then I finally connected it likely be caused by medication. I called the pharmacy, and asked to see the record of the phone call to the drug company; low and behold, no such record existed. The company was never called, and the pharmacy INSISTED that I never asked for the company to be called. I reminded them that I had went in with someone else (who remembered me asking for the drug company to be called), and I would not be that careless about my health. I felt terrible; my two weeks of sickness could have likely been avoided with one phone call! The people on the phone were, for the most part, very rude to me; however, the pharmacy manager, Leanna, was fantastic. She resolved the problem, and stayed late after work. However, she informed me that she was not going to be working there after next week (as she was being transferred), and her staff didn't want to call every time I filled a prescription to check to make sure I was not going to get sick; she told me I had to go to another pharmacy. I am so upset that this situation happened came up in the first place, and even more upset that the staff wasn't even willing to work to prevent future things like this from happening, and decided to re-direct me to another pharmacy!! This whole situation could have been avoided if the pharmacy technician had understood that she had to call the drug company (like I requested) rather than just reading the labels... very disappointing. That being said, the time I went there for cold medication, the pharmacist was very helpful. You should be fine here if you're not allergic to anything, but if you are requesting that they call the drug companies, make sure that they *actually* do.
