  Rose, the manager, has 0 respect for customers. She basically told us that she would rather have us boycott shoppers drug mart then apologize for ruining our optimum points card. The worst part of the experience was getting back to my mother and having to explain that they took her points away without giving us any options. 250$ worth of points lost, but that's nothing compared to the loyalty and respect that was lost.

  I have been a customer at this pharmacy for the last 20 years, where the last 6 years I have been dispensing the same medication on 90 days cycles. Last month, I did an online refill, which was rejected by the system, stating that I have to see the pharmacist. Upon visiting the store, I was told the medication is on back order, will take few days to get the required quantity. A week passed by, no contact and no news on the refill. I went back to be told, sorry we can't get the medication from two of our suppliers, feel free to call around and find out if other Shoppers Drug Marts has the medication and for me to arrange the transfer it to this location (first, why I should do there job), I found the medication and the required quantity at Findlay Creek, where they offered to do the refill. I called back the Southgate store, informing the pharmacist of the arrangements. I was faced with slough of questions and I had no refills left, that I must contact my family doctor. Even though the medication package is saying that I still have one refill left. It is a total of 2 weeks without my medication. Fast action: got my medication from a different location and final remark, good riddance Southgate and hello Findlay Creek

  This is the WORST place to get a prescription filled... never ready on time, when you arrive to pick up there is constant searching through bags, searching, searching every time. They can never find anything SO disorganized !

  Very bad place . Bad supervise . She has bad attitude . Even one time I was want to return something she tried to not return it and she run from back to the front to told me that . She memories me in her mind . She started to tell me front all the customer ( if you buy underwear from any where you can't return it again!!! ) I don't understand how the management there put her in this position. They did not find any one better of her to put there . Stay away from a creepy supervise.

  Very standard shoppers drug mart. Not mean but not social or friendly. Average service and typically have good specials like other shoppers. This store doesn’t stand out but it also does not have any cons to keep you away. Parking is also plentiful and it is open all year long regardless of holidays.
