::brutal service at the cash this morning.....checking lottery tickets and guy at the cash refused to check my tickets because I didn't sign them, couldn't sign them because they had no pen or pencil at the counter.....then went on to blame customers for stealing them.....guess it's my fault....why not put another pen or pencil there I'm sure you sell them.....anyways guy at pharmacy was kind enough to let me borrow his.......guy at cash if you don't like your job maybe you should quit and not take your frustration and hate for having to work Sundays on your customers gave them another chance today by phone to refill a prescription, 20 minutes on hold only for the phone to disconnect while refilling order, tried calling back another 20 minute wait and this time was hung up while waiting......called back and spoke to Peter (front line manager) didn't care to help but said sorry they were busy short staff and couldn't help.....WOW!

::Wow! I came here to leave my negative review on behalf of my university student daughter who has to deal with this pharmacy. I'm blown away by all the negatives but then again, I'm leaving a negative too! My daughter is repeatedly told to "come back tomorrow". They are not helpful and mostly rude. Apparently there was a great lady there on Saturday but that's not the norm. Today was the usual rudeness from the pharmacy. They say they don't have the information they need when I know they do. Instead of filling her prescription - that doesn't require mixing anything or counting pills - they tell her to come back. My daughter will go back tomorrow which will make 3 times in 3 days! They'd never get away with telling me to come back tomorrow! It's the same bull every time. Why are these ppl still working there with so many unhappy and upset customers???

::When the pharmacist Shauna devison told me that I need her and not to bite the hand that feeds me, she actually helped me. I rely on nobody now. I've waited in the winter several times for several minutes to finally open 15 minutes late sometimes.

::Great service in store and at post office. Pharmacy staff are slow and rude. Same woman who was completely rude and clearly doesn't care about client service mistreated another customer when I dropped off and then was equally rude and showed no initiative to be helpful to me when I came to pick up. Always have had great service at Shopper's Pharmacy's. will never go back to this one to fill a prescription.
