  I was charged for a package that had delivery and transportation costs included and paid for by an Amazon seller. The post office should carefully read the notes and not arbitrary charge customers with extra fees.

  Nathalie, who works in cosmetics is completely rude and disrespectful. Will be lodging a complaint about her attitude. Called to inquire about their return policy. She cut me off and hung up on me. This woman should not be working with customers. So something you love, lady! Clearly you’re not happy. But don’t be rude!

  The worst service ever. I asked a staff about products wrong price, she even didn't let me finish my sentence and said " I don't know about that, go to the front, I'm doing sale tags now. "

  Great store, pharmacy not so much. I have had my prescriptions filled there for the past few years. Service has been inconsistent. But i've had too many unpleasant experiences, today was the last one because i will not go back - the poor customer service at the pharmacy is something i am no longer willing to put up with. Update March 29: i switched to Rexall at Bay and College. They are amazing. They actually talk to you, smile, and wish you a good day. Real nice and professional. They ask questions to understand your needs and really do their best to meet them. The best thing i did was to switch pharmacies, wish i had done it sooner.

  Very nice staff. And environment. Was looking for skin care products and a nice gentleman named Marvin at the beauty section introduced me through different brands and helped get the best one that worked for my skin and budget. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all products. Very happy with his customer service.
