  Extremely unhelpful pharmacist. Our doctor recommended we ask a pharmacist for a recommendation on a product but the pharmacist here seemed more interested in selling than helping and seemed pretty rude about it. Would not visit again with the other SDMs nearby.

  The customer service at Beauty Boutique isn't the greatest there. I went here twice this week. I was not greeted or acknowledged until they saw me waiting in line at front cash with Avene derm products (they get commission). The second time I was waiting around (15 mins) to get someone's attention no one approached me and just walked away. So I literally had to interrupt someone to get customer service. Of course the service was alot better after I decided to purchase a high end foundation.... So people don't walk in here expecting customer service...these people just want to make commission off of your purchase but wont help you unless you approach them. Only come here when you know exactly what your buying.

  Worst Shoppers Drug Mart I've been to. The female pharmacist is incredibly rude and condescending with absolutely no people/customer service skills. I am taking my business elsewhere because I don't support bad business with my hard earned cash.

  the cosmetics department is an area to stay away from. the manager of that dept is very rude. tries to use scare tactics when you are trying to return a product that was recomended by staff but is the worst match for your skin condition. speak to Chelyn and see for yourself. worst customer service i saw in ages. from now on its pharma plus all the way she has cost SDM a customer.
