  Today I dropped off my prescription, and the pharmacist said it would take 15 - 20 minutes. I walked around shoppers for around a half an hour and then checked the pharmacy to see if my prescription had been filled. I then hear 3 of the pharmacists talking about how they do not have the drug I need. The lady then came up to me ( very rudely) and said they didn't have it (no apology or anything) she did however call a different shoppers for me and said she could order it in, but I needed the prescription that day. I was very disappointed because she did not apologize for the mistake, and wasn't very friendly at all. I will not be going back.

  Terrible customer service. Ill be driving across the city instead of walking here again.

  I've been here a few times and its been good, but I got some rudeness from the person at the post office... I get that the holiday season is stressful but I didn't do anything to you... Why direct the anger at me?

  Terrible...they clearly asked the address...and then STILL typed it in as going to the wrong province..despite double checking it - because it was a time sensitive document...and when I went to ask them about it a week later (as it never arrived) they said sorry nothing we can do... ?? no regard for priority mail, important packages or customer care...they obviously hire people that have no idea how to do their job and don't pay attention...

  Worst post office ever I wish I didn't have to use this office but it's my designated location . I went in on a Saturday quarter after noon to see the post office had a sign saying " back for 1 pm" that made me annoyed but Understood and decided to walk around to kill time on Kensington road . Finally I came back at 1 pm to find that a sign saying "closed due to illness, sorry for the inconvenience" Really ? They can't call someone else in or get a manager to fill in for a few hours? It ruined my day and wasted more than an hour of my Saturday . I'm not even wanting to go back tomorrow just because I fear it will be closed .
