  Shiki Sushi has an all-you-can-eat menu that is definitely worth it if you feel you can eat more than $30 worth of food. The service is generally pretty good, but if they feel you're eating too much, they seem to come to your table a lot less. Once me and my roommate went and we ate A LOT in our first order so they didn't come to our table for about 45 minutes, even to ask if we wanted more to drink. So I didn't tip that much. That's why I only give it 3 stars instead of 4. Good food, good price if you're really hungry and able to eat. Generally good service but has its moments.

  Went for lunch on a Friday. We were a party of 2. The restaurant was mild to moderately busy, but we were seated immediately. We placed our menus at the edge of our table after deciding our order and waited 20 minutes before having our order taken. Our miso soup was brought out shortly after and then we waited over 15 minutes before receiving the rest of our order. We were never checked on or had our tea/water topped up. We finished our food and kept watch for a server so we could request our bill, but there was no one in sight. My husband had to get back to work and so he walked around looking for someone to help us get our bill. He finally walked to the door of the back room and the women he tracked down walked out looking around as if trying to figure out where staff went. Terrible and slow service that will prevent me from going back again. Two stars as the food was ok; however, there are better sushi places in this city that have ten times better service.

  Arrived at 6:30pm for all you can eat!!!!! Three people ordered lots of food for the first round, however it came at 7:15pm. And half of the order came. Sure!! It’s fine! half hour later, they keep pushing you to order the second ground. 15 mins later, the same thing, 3rd round but still no more food. Around 8:50am! Last round! To be honest, I didn’t even know what to order, because there was no way to know if the food is good or not, because nothing ever came. During the dinner, I kept thinking one thing. I am going to pay $35 dollars plus tips and I am still starving so what is the point for coming back! I have to say food quality was like 6/10.

  I used to love this place for its all you eat sushi. Large groups of us used to meet there and dine for hours (the food always made up for poor service). Recently I went with my family, and after an upsetting situation, I will never return. Four of us had chosen the inflated price all you can east menu, while our other guest chose to order an entree. We were rudely told that the policy is that anyone not ordering all you eat would be forced to sit at another table. My family and I were utterly appalled by the communication of this so called policy. After being lead to our table (and our guests separate table completely) I told the server that this was ridiculous and the he would not be eating any of our food. She scoffed and left. Upon her return with tea (and before I had actually sat down) I told her that the service was awful and that in such a competitive market they should try better. Again, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and we left. Truly one the of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.

  Just terrible. Will never be back. We had a party of 8 for all you can eat. Took anyone forever to acknowledge us then when it was time to order she wouldn't even take our order, she just threw a pile of paper in front of us and a pen and told us to write down what we wanted, which is tough when the menu doesn't describe what anything is and some of our people never had sushi before. Took an hour to get our first order (wasn't even that busy) and ever single other table who got there long after us had food delivered on numerous occasions before we even received our first order. When we finally received a portion of our order, 1 or 2 people got to eat while everyone else waited another 20 minutes. I've never had to be at a sushi place for all you can eat for more than 3 hours and didn't even leave full !!!! Most expensive all you can eat sushi I've ever been to as well. We ordered about 6 different rolls and they all tasted exactly the same. Nothing at all special about any of it. And charged us a mandatory 15% tip!!!!!!
