  Friendly staff. Good value for the money. Very good central location. Lots of good eats nearby. Not far from skytrain. Free shuttle from the airport. Starbucks in the lobby.

  What a fantastic stay, I went as a chaperone for youth conference and they managed to please everyone from what I can tell. Great staff, cozy beds. All around good experience!

  I love staying in hotels for comfortable bed which i don't have, futon at home sucks so it's a real treat to sleep comfortably for a change, to be able to sleep on my side without getting sore hips and shoulders. Restaurant for breakfast was very noisy. Had to request real cream for in-room coffee otherwise it's yukky soy-based whitener. Choice of tea was very good however. Sugars should include brown sugar not just white and Splenda. The conference room was well appointed though, lots of different types of herbal tea. Lunch wraps were good, but I was hoping for more fruit platters. Desserts were quite good. I didn't get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would have liked though because of having to connect with Greyhound bus super early in morning, waking up at 5:30am... 😪😯😝 There was a swimming pool I would've loved to enjoy before the 11am checkout. I think there was also an exercise room too.

  Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. The food is actually pretty good here for hotel food. Kinda confusing layout, but there are enough signs to get around. Would recommend. They also serve Starbucks and tazo tea, which is nice. :)

  Sheraton hotel is one of the most fabulous and nicest hotels! The service is so kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless, and its in a very nice area. I totally recommend this hotel! I give this a full 5 star and i would definitely come here again! Thanks Sheraton!
