    High turnover It seems like everything I need to renew or purchase additional services, I am speaking with someone new. I can't complain about the service I receive, but having to constantly speak with a new employee who is not familiar with my file gets old quickly.

    Dave Ferguson is only good at stealing your money. Will lie to insurers to try to sabotage ypur claim so they can steal your money and not provide the service you are paying for. Also he is very rude and unprofessional and often refuses to do his job.

    Worst business insurance we have ever had. Alex the CEO or parent company was to sort out a claim that Shaw Sabey staff and VP mucked up until he also goes MIA and doesnt reply to messages in timely manner - if at all. Even when scheduled conference calls - when we call in we are told he is not in office and must have forgotten about the SCHEDULED call. Save yourself a tonne of headache and frustration - go somewhere else.

    This is the worst insurance company in the entire world. Adam Kwan is rude and takes forever to return his phone messages. Our insurance policy fees recently went up by $ 500.00 and no explanation was given. Stay away from Shaw Sabey, you will regret it if you don't !

    If I could rate it any lower I certainly would!!!! The rep I spoke to (Karen) was horribly rude, absolutely no telephone manners whatsoever. She asked questions almost as if she was indignant about being questioned...the answers to those questions were really none of her business whatsoever! If you are thinking of using this agency for personal lines I WOULD AVOID THEM!!! If they cannot be civil on the phone, imagine what they would be like if you were trying to make a claim! SCARY!!!
