  You're online chat wait times differ and fluctuate. It may go down to 2 minutes and then up to 5. How is this possible? Either the time is accurate or i'm getting bumped based on priority and reason for asking questions. On hold for the phone for 20 minutes. Neither of your services are quick or efficient.

  ZERO stars. Pathetic customer service. Haven't had a land line with them but the guy comes looking for it. Walks into my place without being invited in slush on his pants across the floors and shoves my furniture around demanding I return something i don't have. Lucky he left with his teeth in tact. Also trying to charge me for service AFTER MY CANCELLATION DATE. TELUS all the way. Must bribe people to give good reviews, or make fake accounts themselves or something. What a joke! End rant.

  Just a basic guy trying to use the internet. i do have to give you credit though. you somehow managed to make a big wifi server out of a potato. congratulations guys

  DO NOT GET SHAW! I call costumer support and they are always like "uhhhh restart your router" or they say "OH yeah. everyone has been having that problem. we are working on it." hey, how about you actually fix your stupid servers you lazy trash. Its impossible to work in these conditions

  Horrible. NEVER GET SHAW EVER. The wifi goes out every 10 minutes and is definitively the worst internet provider there is for canada
