  The best! If you feel like they were being rude...perhaps look at yourself first. They are always nice to me. But I also don't treat people like they owe my something.

  been dealing with them for over a decade. the owner and all staff are very knowledgeable friendly and on their game...and yes they have the pawnshop game down to a science, they are a business after all. admittedly, over that time they have moved up in the world and prices (if you havent done your research) has gone up a bit for sales... they are also almost always willing to negotiate if you are equally friendly. as for the pawn side its like any.pawnshop,the longer you use them and show trust, the more they will be willing to lend for the item. i cannot count how many times they have bailed me out of a jam.

  Big or small they take it all Yeah right they don't take anything worst pawn shop in the city and if they do take it they don't pay anything close to what they should Don't bother going to pawn anything there unless you want to get ripped off

  This place has the pawnshop game down to a science and if you don't do your research about the value of the item you're looking for, it's easy to get taken for a ride. They have a great selection and helpful staff but be prepared to pay top dollar. Negotiation isn't out of the question here though, and they do have a nice collection of instruments and recording equipment. Watch out for outdated pricing though. Older games, DVDs, consoles and some other formerly expensive items are still priced high many years after they held that value.

  I came in looking for one thing and left with two. Their sales staff is good at pushing sales, which can be good or bad. This does make the team very attentive to you and your requests. Sales guys offered to look for things in their warehouse for me multiple times to make sure that the unit I had in hand was what I actually wanted and they didn't have something else I wanted better. Multiple agents offered to help. Sales guy offered to let me bring in all my music gear to test size of the rackmount case I was looking at. GREAT SERVICE!
