  I went to so many stores in Victoria and I wish this had been my first appointment. I am a size 14 and at each bridal store I would find three or four dress that would fit and maybe, one or two I might like. When we arrived at Shades of White there were so many that I loved right off the bat. They had a really large selection and great service. Chris was my sales woman and she really kept the appointment on track, as well as a very private and fun atmosphere. They carried dresses close to or in my size and I loved more than one. It actually ended up being a hard decision and I cancelled all my future appointments.

  A very nice place for all your bridal, bridesmaids, and prom dress needs. Very friendly and helpful staff, but a bit on the pricey side. That being said, you get what you pay for.

  What a wonderful experience! I found my dream dress at Shades of White Bridal. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The store is incredibly well organized and offers a wide variety of dresses from "budget friendly" to stunning luxury gowns. The staff was very friendly and professional. I dealt with Chris as my consultant. She was personable, understood my vision and ensured that my needs were met. She really knew her stuff! I would happily refer my friends to say yes to the dress at this bridal store!

  Came here twice now for bridesmaids dresses and can't say enough fantastic things about this shop. The selection is HUGE and lots of variety. The consultants really put their heart into finding the perfect dress and fit for you. The appointments have been prompt and all questions/suggestions are answered and welcomed. I'll be coming back next year for my renewal wedding gown and I already can't wait for the fabulous experience I know I will have!

  The best bits being that they have a really wide selection and lots of natural light. I was very nervous as it was my first fitting, and the woman that assisted me was very kind and assuring. However, we only tried on a handful until I found that I liked enough to try on twice. I was ready to try on more but she wanted to end our appointment on a "high note". They had scheduled a 2.5 hour appointment, but it was over in an hour. Zero follow up, felt rushed, but ended up finding my dress elsewhere the same day and the difference in service was really apparent.
