  I am not a patient at this clinic, however, I called on behalf of a family member looking for a FD and the receptionist picked up the phone just after two rings and was very helpfull. I don't know why there are negative reviews about this clinic, for years I worked with a cardiologist at SPH and always had to deal with office receptionists and doctors but I don't recall anything negative, instead I always had a favourable review of this clinic and that is why this is the first place I called when looking for a GP.

  Receptionist staff is some of the worst in the industry, they have attitudes for no reason and generally un plesent. When I recently called in they left me on hold for 15 min, I hung up and called again and got someone else. (When I went to get the prescription at the lower level pharmacy) I brought in a 70g prescription for a cream they upped the prescription to 150g that cost me an extra $100 without telling me they were upping the prescription because of lack of stock. Doctors are knowledgeable, so +1 star.

  I had an appointment and could see my doctor after five - minute waiting. My doctor explained every thing well . I was completely satisfied

  Neither main directories had the doctors name on it. Apparently a locum but no one bothers to inform patients nor do they even tape a name sign anywhere. The locum was dismissive and simply wrong about what she said. 6 months waiting to see the specialist for 5 minutes of wrong info.

  I went as a walk-in patient, the wait time was very reasonable, and the clinic atmosphere was pleasant. However, the doctor I saw was incredibly dismissive, barely looked at my ailment. Misdiagnosed me with an infection when I had shingles. I am happy I sought a second opinion elsewhere. I will not be returning because of this doctor, and his incompetence.
