::Quick, easy and painless! Even though there was a line up of abt 50 people on a Saturday morning, in and out in less than 30 mins. Enough staff to support weekend rush and they were all upbeat and pleasant. Parking is limited but service in the centre makes it up for it!

::The service at this service Ontario center is amazing. Being a weekend this place was not crowded because they had 2 people who were continuously helping people with forms required for their service and also were checking if forms were filled correctly. ... I was expecting to be there for around 1 hr but got free in 15 mins. All the service counters were open

::I was very nervous, although I can't say why. And when I get nervous, I can't think straight, and I tend to panic... I needed to get an Ontario Photo ID Card plus renew my Ontario Health Card. I made a mistake on the very first form, and was getting flustered, I also wasn't sure what I was supposed to fill out, the very kind lady took pity on me and very sweetly and sincerely said, "That's Okay, I fill it out for you." Note there was absolutely NO sarcasm or impatience on her part. She filled out ALL the forms for me. She also coordinated all my IDs so the name on all of them was my married name, as some of them were old, and so had my maiden name. She took a very long time with my situation, and could not have been nicer. She explained everything to me, and I got my new Health Card info right away. The Photo ID actually came in less than 4 weeks, and it is said that you might have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks. I was surprised, and happy to have all that out of the way, and over with. It was a relief, and I must say, the people running this place certainly know what they are doing. Now my two sons have to get their NEW Health Cards...I know they will be taken good care of at this Service Ontario. Thank you.

::The line was so long (maybe 50 people) but I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I renewed my license plate stickers and got a photo health card. The woman who served me was so kind and helpful. There's a service Ontario much closer to my house but I drive out of the way to go to this one because every time I've gone the staff have been professional, polite and helpful. Thank you!!!!
