A young indian girl at cashier is so rude, i saw her rolling her eyes at customers, and whispering to her colleague. So unprofessional.

I really love this place for obvious reasons. Makeup, skin care, and too much over-indulgent creams. But I have to say that the staff has been so helpful and whenever I've wanted to return something, I didn't get the third degree. I was treated as pleasantly as one who was purchasing something. Its corporate behaviour such as this that makes me want to shop endlessly at Sephora coquitlam centre. Anyways, the people who work there are truly pleasant human beings. I recommend.

Been here a few times to buy gift certificates for family and friends. Service is always excellent and very friendly staff. You are always going to get "little princesses" who want all the attention and complain because they weren't put ahead of everyone else. Sephora and its staff are awesome :)

Worst Sephora I have ever been to. The staff do not know their own products and give horrible recommendations to customers often. How do these people get hired honestly??!

I enjoy shopping at Sephora because they offer a selection of cruelty free products, however if I could rate this a two at the same time for employees knowledge of the brands, I would. Any time I’ve ever asked if a product is cruelty free they seem to shrug and say “I’m not sure”. I end up doing my own research, as I also should, however find it extremely disappointing and unprofessional when “experts” are not knowledgeable regarding basic information on brands. I would love to see Sephora giving seminars to their employees so they could actually learn about the products they are selling beyond “this is a pretty colour”.
