::Due to unfortunate circumstances following hurricane Irma a friend and I had to cancel a trip we had booked to travel south. We initially spoke with a couple people who gave us the run around until we finally came in contact with Abdullah. He was so great at accommodating us with all our needs. Not only was he able to cancel our trip and give us all the information we needed for insurance purposes, but also went ahead and booked us a new trip to a different destination. He was very patient with us and our indesiveness on where we wanted to go. We had a great chat with him over the phone and he helped us make light of the situation. Amazing service. Total ladies man.
