  Never had an issue with the staff, they've always been extremely friendly and helpful with any and all concerns I may have.and every issue gets resolved without much trouble. Only issue is their isn't really any parking at all in this PART of downtown.

  Completely unacceptable, I came to this location 2 weeks ago and certified my paycheque without a problem, today I went to try and certify but they would not do it because the location is not the same, but the location on the cheque is in Edmonton, it was the white lady with brown hair and glasses who denied it, ill just go right ahead and fly to Edmonton to certify my cheque, you would think when you're across the country they would have an acceptance for something like this. I hope you have the worse type of health problems and lead a slow painful life. Enjoy rotting in hell.
