  The service I had there doing banking at this branch was awful, so we went back to our original branch and have never gone back. Also they are very protective of there parking lot. If your looking for a bite to eat or to do a quick errand don't park there I hear they will tow you.

  Was left on holiday in Florida with a cancelled Scotia credit card due to us selling our home a month past. Nobody notified us that our credit card was cancelled and the Preston & Norman staff wouldn’t admit to their mess yp.

  Edit: The tellers at this branch are always very courteous/friendly and professional. I would have switched banks already if it weren't for that. However, I find it annoying that they have no weekend hours, meaning that one has to take time off work to go there if they need service. I also could not give this branch 5 stars just because of the call centre service which is not up to par with other call centres/banks in the country (I know that's not the branch's fault, but still - nobody likes getting disconnected after 10 minutes of being on the phone for no reason, about 50% of the time that one calls!). Anyway, thanks for the good service at the front desk. Cheers, Nick

  I have to say that they were very professional when I was there. They set me up very quick for an appointment. After that, the person who met me, was trying to help me as much as it could and without any rush. They also called me a couple of times after we had met. I do not have any complains.
