  Would make a huge difference if the hours were longer. After a work day not chance to get into the bank and they are not open weekends. ALSO the wait time listening to music to speak to someone in the branch is annoying. Most times I just want to hang up. With Customer Service, once you get past the very LONG delay monotonous, sorry for the delay recording and music the personal help is good.

  Service is good but the hours sucks. By 4:30pm is closed, there is two entrance 118 spark ST and 119 queen ST

  The hours ate very limited. There is a high staff turnover rate, I've seen a new financial adviser every time.

  It's a nice and clean location. 2 entrances, Sparks street and Albert Street.
