  I worked with both Mambo and Matilda. Mambo visited my job site and recorded everything I needed. Matilda is who I saw at the showroom selecting items. I love their tag-team work flow! Whenever I had a question, I always had access to at least someone over phone or email. Mambo has a cheerful attitude and both had wonderful plumbing product experience. Their manager was also very helpful for lighting! Excellent service!

  I would rate 5+ with out hesitation ... i had no idea what to look for and how to do my bathroom renovation, not only i got the best prices, but in the end i had so much product knowledge that i feel confident for my future projects. I was explained every thing to details on what my toilet could do :) ... the thermostatic valves what the problems could be in the future and how they can be fixed as well. I had to change the cartridge on my Aquabrass shower and i was helped right away with the part and i could do it myself. Great Job!

  They are very helpful! I had an issue with my toilet and I went to the showroom looking for help. I made a video of the inside of my toilet and showed the man sitting at a desk. He knew exactly what was needed and asked me to go home and confirm the make of my toilet so he could be sure. I did and called him and he had the part (not the exact one for my toilet but he said it was compatible) brought in the next day! My toilet is back to normal :-) They have really nice products around their showroom too!

  I received outstanding customer service here. Liam was always prompt on returning emails and phone calls. He made some good suggestions that I hadn't considered too. On one occasion Valley delivered the wrong tub and save more and Valley corrected the mistake immediately by delivering the right product to the job site the next day for a smooth exchange! I will definitely repeat my business here.
