  Michelle helped my parents and I purchase a condo for myself to stay in while going to university here in Saskatoon. What I can say is we really lucked out with Michelle. She is not only professional, but cares about her clients, and goes out of her way to show that, even years after purchasing through her. I would recommend Michelle to literally anyone and will no doubt use her again in the future. She not only made buying a condo easy, but also fun, and took the stress and pressure right out of it. Thanks again, Michelle!

  Was moving to Saskatoon and needed a realtor a friend suggested Michelle to me, not only is she very professional, but a very caring individual. She helped to guide me into finding the perfect condo, kept me up to date on all the newest listings, and even helped with a mortgage broker and a lawyer.   My wife and I just purchased a home through Michelle, and have it to say, it was an amazing experience. This is our second home, and Michelle went above and beyond to help us find the perfect spot for our growing family. She is incredibly personal, friendly and has an incredible knowledge of the real estate market. We experienced some issues when we first moved in with the previous owners taking fixtures that were supposed to be left with the home, among other things. Michelle went out of her way to make sure everything was rectified and that we were happy. She was available all times of the day to make sure we got the answers we needed. With all the realtors that are out there now, it can be hard to choose. Like hiring for a job, you have to find someone who gives you the right first impression, someone who you know you can trust. I Definitely would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell their home.

  We met Michelle when we were looking at Condos last summer. She suggested that we meet with her and Norm to find out more about listing our house. We were very impressed with the services and suggestions offered Re staging, photos, etc. Our house sold within 1 week.Michelle was extremely helpful and walked us through the process. She was always available when we had questions or concerns, which we had many, and had good suggestions and ideas. Michelle also worked hard at finding us the right Condo and was very supportive during this process.We would highly recommend Michelle whether you are buying, selling or both. She is terrific!
