    I made an appointment today for service. I pulled up, to the service door. They wouldn't open the door for me. I sat there for 15 minutes, and I waited. Then I called into the store. She said somebody would come open the door for me. Nobody did. So I took my car Elsewhere for work.

    I bought my first car here, and got my sis and my friend to shop there as well. I got great customer service from Jared, who no longer works there. So when I needed to upgrade, visiting there was a no-brainer. I was readily helped by Dan who took me to test drive a Tucson. The price was out of my range but he got the sales mananger to assist me in making it more affordable and they did their best to help me get it. My only complaint is that the vehicle wasn’t properly cleaned when I got it. I guess a lot of persons test drove it, and I found a huge vanilla wafer cookie thing underneath the driver seat. Which was a bit of a let down, as you want to feel satisfied when you’re Getting a brand new vehicle, not one that has crumbs and food remnants. My other problem is that I was offered an after market remote starter, and clearly I got the cheapest one possible. It doesn’t work well. Sometimes the vehicle starts and sometimes it doesn’t. It’ll sing to indicate it’s on and I go outside 30 seconds later and it’s not on. Dan told me to come in and he’d meet me, which I did but he didn’t show up, but another guy looked at it and said it’s fine so I don’t know. It’s just hit and miss with the remote starter working. Which is the last thing you need in Saskatchewan. Anyway, apart from the car not being cleaned well and the remote starter working sporadically, I do love the vehicle and Hyundai. They try their best to help you get in a vehicle and try to make it as reasonable as possible.

    We asked simple questions that were never answered. When we asked what the finance rate with a shorter term than 96 months would be (really? 8 years? Who does that on a Hyundai??) the salesman left and came back with someone else who went over a bunch of other details without answering our finance question. Then he proceeded to ask us how the salesman did RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!! HOW INSULTING TO THAT POOR SOUL. We expected to shop here to get value for our dollar but the offers were far more money at higher finance rates than most other imports or domestics we looked at, for a vehicle that clearly lacked quality for that price. It was a no brainer to shop elsewhere. Go see Tom Geenan at Merlin Ford for real service and fair prices. If you're not even going to answer simple questions, it would help to have good prices. We will not be back to Hyundai Saskatoon.

They went above and beyond to get me my dream car, and worked over hours to make sure I was able to get it on a strict timeline. Highly recommend this dealership!

    Horrible service! I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all. Not to mention that they caused damages to my vehicle and after receiving almost $6000 from warranty and out of my pocket. All they did was point fingers at everyone else, including me. But yet they could not provide proof of anyone else being responsible for it. I am currently in a dispute with them via the Better Business Bureau and they still point fingers everywhere else. At this point, I'm ready to fight for all my money to be given back to me! I even have a receipt stating they did not do a test drive after doing a wheel alignment! Make sure you slow down the service people to get an actual breakdown and explanation of the bill. If you want someone who doesn't take responsibility of their actions, please take your vehicle there!
