    I was worried because there were so many bad reviews but my doctor referred me there so I think I had to go. It was pretty much the opposite as most of the responses. I went in with a really bunged up knee joint and the staff couldn't have been nicer really. The first tech who did the ultrasound was super nice(huge props to her), very professional and surprisingly empathetic when compared to most reviews. Didn't spend much time in x rays but not complaints there. The doctor at the end was sweet too and he even brought in another specialist and I feel went the extra mile. All around a way better 45 minutes than I expected.

    After hemorrhaging for 5 days and hospitalized twice as a result, my dear friend went for an ultrasound to check on the condition of her baby. Her experience with Dr. Irving was really quite disgusting. He told her that "Everything looks great!" to which she replied "Then why have I been bleeding?" He shrugged his shoulders and said "I dont see any bleeding, best of luck!" and walked out the god damn door. This happened on the afternoon of January 8, and she lost the baby that night. January 9th she called the office manager, who disagreed with my friend, claiming he's very shy and a nice man who has never received any complaints. Well, here's one. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. This is awful! Seriously makes me feel sick to my stomach. There are plenty of other options for these services. Based in this and others I've just read here today looks as though people are better off going elsewhere

    My family had the same problem with the Lindsay person too! She seemed to push too hard and the doctor later said that the images didn't work. What a terrible experience. Remember technicians are not nurses so they do not need to know your medical history !!! They are but drones in a system of health care workers.

    Well I hope that was the last time here! The imaging consultant Lindsay was not fond of children yet she seemed to be doing a job that is supposed to create hope in young mothers. Lindsay banished the father and child to the waiting room! The father and son waited for the manager to no avail! They must be unable to deal with people at this location. Here's hoping a kindness semanar or a relating to patients course is in store for this employee and others. It feels as if my soul was taken out and stomped on !!! If you receive a tech named Lindsay you need not talk or smile with here as she does not like it .They should put a sign outside stating that" if a person talks to a tech they should not bother to come." As Lindsay stated (Except for the fact that children have the ability to make anyone smile, except Lindsay.)

    The staff were very professional and informative, cuz I was there for a lump in my breast and I was made to be quite comfortable. UNTIL the specialist came in; well he opened the door and stood half way in, didn't bother coming into the room or shutting the door. Then he took one look at me and said "Oh you don't have cancer!" And he turned to leave and I was going to ask a question and he stopped and looked irritated at me! I was like ah to heck with it never mind and he left. Maybe it's just another mammo read to him but to that lady it's important and probably days or weeks of worry just to have some curt specialist walk in and blow it all away! Fine no issue but a little compassion goes a long way! And I have never returned due to this experience!!
