  Giving one star because I can’ive zero my first concern is that I feel they don’t provide enough information. It would have been nice if when I arrived they showed me pictures of my teeth, explain where the cavities are and what’s going to be done step by step, asked if I had any questions or concerns. When i walked into the room I sat in the chair and I asked, if instead of doing the three fillings she planed on doing if we could do the three most painful first. I wasn’t sure which teeth she was working on and how bad the cavities were. She said “ok we will discuss this after we clean your teeth. “ So she immediately started the numbing and cleaning. I couldn’t talk seeing as my mouth being worked on. Turns out what she was doing while she said she was cleaning, was not a simple cleaning. At all. She was already drilling away my teeth. She then proceeded to fill them and after the job was finished she didn’t provide any information except I shouldn’t eat until the numbing wears off, i should avoid hot and cold, and the teeth may be sore for a week or two. I have no idea if I will need them to be replaced in the future. I’m not sure how to take care of them or if there’s any precautions I should take. My request was ignored there wasn’t much discussion of future plans. I don’t know anything about dental work and I feel I’m not fully being informed or listened to. I walk in get something done then I pay and leave. I have other preferences on what I would like done. I want to rush the Invisalign but she is pushing fillings on me before she will even discuss Invisalign with me. She ignores me and does whatever she thinks is best without discussing anything or explaining it to me. It’s an expensive procedure and I would appreciate it if my concerns and preferences were understood.

  They are truly amazing - the staff is kind, understanding, supportive, and they make sure to walk you through every step. If you are the type who fears going to the dentist, I am confident they will change your mind.

  Competent, honest and friendly dental care. The focus is definitely on the patient's needs rather than money to be made. Very convivial atmosphere. Staff work wonderfully well together. Dr. Catherine Major is in my view an outstanding dentist. She has around her remarkable people to work with.

  This is a warm, friendly, and extremely competent dental practice, from the dentist to the hygienists to the receptionist. I would recommend it very highly.
