  Good front desk service. Politeand professional staff. Clean rooms. However, housekeeping woke me when I was resting after some overnight work, even though I told front desk specially not to let them call me. Told them many times, but the same thing still happens. Was pretty upset about that. Otherwise, I would've given it a 5 star

  well secured inside. nice furnishings. rooms are small for the price no complimentary breakfast or coffee in the foyer. staff were not overly friendly. cleaning lady showed us and explained how elevator worked this should have been the front desk job. beds were comfy and we had a good sleep.

  Good: comfortable beds. Four pillows per bed. Fitness room. Hot tub. Coffee (Starbucks Pike Place Roast) and tea all day. Pet friendly. Not good: Icy parking lot (sadly, some Prince George small businesses don't address this safety issue). Not quite clean bedding--I could detect a whiff of rancid skin oil in the pillows/pillowcases. Noise of heating unit. Bathtub drain that didn't drain well. Swimming pool isn't really long enough for swimming --really only for cooling off hot tub users. Tiny fridge. Microwave oven in a dark cabinet. Not even a simple complementary breakfast--instead of going to the in-house restaurant, I walked 3 minutes to Tim Horton's for breakfast. High priced for all this

  Using a lucky 13 ticket, I was given an executive Jacuzzi suite with a king sized bed. The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. Had a full sized kitchen I didn't need to use, but would have been fabulous for more than a single night stay. No noise from outside, and staff was really friendly
