  Amazing showcase of Samsung products. Really well-designed and easy to browse all the phones, VR, and wearable tech. The upstairs home and kitchen section looks great as well, but employees are not always the most knowledgeable about the products. Still wondering what half the buttons and compartments on the washers do. Overall though great place to kill some time and get a feel for an S8/S9 before you buy.

  I've visited the store a few times after it opened. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The last time I came in I was looking to get the DEX (which was unfortunately out of stock). On my way out, I stopped at the back section of the store, where the add-on camera lenses and phone cases are. I spent a few minutes looking at the camera lens, but quickly noticed the security guard (a woman) coming toward me and parking herself 6-7 ft away, looking at me intently (likely not even bothering to be subtle with her gaze). After a couple of minutes of her looking at me, I started to feel uncomfortable, so put the lens down and walked away. No joke - I did not even walk two steps before she rushed over (coming very close to me in the process), picked up the lens and case I was looking at, as if to make sure I hadn't stolen anything. Feeling incredulous, I would've definitely said something to a manager if I didn't have to run back to the office for a meeting. I fully understand the challenges of being a security guard, but working in a customer service setting, there are ways to do the job effectively without being obviously disrespectful and downright unpleasant.

  Most disappointing customer service experience....I was very excited to visit this store. I went in with my wife and my daughter. Indifferent, cold mood in the store...no welcome at the door. We went upstairs to look at the appliances. I was amazed to see Samsung staff sitting at tables looking at their phones or laptops!! Nobody cared that we were there looking at appliances. My wife asked one of the female staff at the service desk if there was a washroom for my daughter.....she just pointed behind herself, without even looking up! They did have cool stuff in the store.....but I would NEVER buy from this place due to such poor service. Who is in charge here??!

  While in the corner of the mall, it's one of the most innovative stores. The architecture and design is beautiful. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Much more client oriented when compared to Apple, or maybe because it's much less busy? There is a neat lounge Too! Great place and a great store.

  [Feb 3, 2018 @ 3:30pm] All the staff were friendly except one guy upstairs at the TV section (older white male) who rudely told me and my partner to stop sitting in the chairs since we were not buying a TV. He passive-aggresively asked us why we were sitting down (we just needed a break from shopping & walking all day), and told us off. When I buy a TV I'm definitely not getting it from this guy.. worst customer service. BTW nice try covering your name tag.
