  This is an ultra modern store with 2 storeys. Nice architecture inside. I have purchased products related to a Samsung Note 8, etc and the customer service during and after were good. You can try out their products (phones, tablets, TV, VR, appliances, etc). They have a section for product repairs, etc. I also like that you can get financing for up to 6 months, no interest. The grand opening was on Jan 25 with an event called Seoul Experience.

  I have to start this, the people here amazing, very knowledgeable and sweet and friendly. The reason I am giving such bad rating is because of I went to them because my charging port doesn't work very well but they told me to fix it they have to fix everything on my phone and that's gonna cost minimum $450. Which is ridiculous because if my charging port is the only thing that's causing the issue why do they need to replace my screen with a minor crack. I wish I could post a pic to show how minor the crack is. That's ridiculous. I also have to add that my phone is year and a half old to give the full back story.

  I made an appointment to see a tech specialist online. When I arrived, my name wasn't on the TV and Specialst told me to go sit in the lounge while he charged and ran some test in my tablet. He forgot about me. The waiting area was loud and unpleasant to sit through. 30 mins later I went to a new schedule Specialst to remind them about me. The previous one was helping out a new customer, saw me and didn't apologise! No diagnostic tests were made, nothing. I was given a free charger as a bandaid as I was quite upset for wasting my time. I'll go to another Samsung provider

  Beautiful new store. Great product selection. Maybe just because the store is new but very poorly trained staff. Long story but overall I was not impressed and likely won't go back. At the very least, I'd recommend best buy across the street first. Sometimes they even have better prices on Samsung products..

  The store is bright, airy and filled with knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, like the other poster mentioned on here, their customer service after a product is purchased is terrible and needs a lot of improvement.
