  probably the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. They really take their time on every person's hair and actually listen to what you need and do exactly that. Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair and really took her time with it which I appreciate specially considering I have extremely thick hair. One of the best salons I've been too and will definitely be my go to from now on.

  The stylists here are AMAZING! I've been to see Shannon and Angie and they both had me feeling like a goddess when I walked out. Angie is super attentive, will make sure you get exactly the cut and colour you want and is just an all round fab lady. 10/10 recommend!

  Angie!!! You are seriously in the best of hands with Angie. I have been seeing Lydia for all my hair needs & cares and made an error (on my part) in booking an appointment to see Lydia before flying back overseas for work which lead me to happily accepting an appointment with Lydia’s co-worker, Angie!! I went into that appointment definitely needing some help from Salon 130 in making me love my hair again and Angie made my day, week, and year with this beautiful cut and the visit. I have so much appreciation for Angie!

  My first visit to Salon130 was about 8 months ago, and I have had 3 appointments since then, all of them with Angie. I can’t express how much I love this salon. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest, kindest ladies who always have a smile on their face. Even at the busiest times, they still make me feel welcome and like I am part of their family. The salon is bright, clean, and in a great location. As for Angie, I have loved every haircut that she has given me. I have thick, curly, stubborn hair and I always have difficulty finding someone who knows how to cut it properly. I have tried many other salons in Ottawa and this is the only one I have kept going back to because it is always a great experience and Angie is a miracle worker with my hair. She is very attentive and always makes sure we are on the same page before doing anything to my hair. She is sweet, easy to talk to, and fun to be around. I do get charged an extra $10 on every haircut because of the thickness of my hair, but this is understandable, and the prices are already very reasonable to begin with so I don’t mind paying this extra fee. I always look forward to my appointments at Salon130 and I am so happy I found a place I can go back to knowing that they will do a great job every time. Thank you Angie and thank you Salon130!

  Recently moved to Ottawa and decided to give Salon130 a try, and did not regret it one bit! I have never left a salon feeling so happy and confident. Desiree was amazing. She did everything she could to give me exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect - and their service is incredible! I will definitely be returning!
