  Rhonda is amazing, as is the owner Matt! Haven't had the other stylist do my hair but she's really nice and friendly. Great service and professional. Fixed an issue I had with no questions asked.

  I had my haircut here & I will not do it again. I have had people ask me where I had it cut so they can be sure not to go here. it is nothing that can be hidden or disguised until it grows out

  I walked into Salon Elite as a first time customer. I received the best haircut and service I have ever had. First, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Rhonda was my stylist. Immediately, she made me feel welcome and appreciated. She was very skilled and cut my hair quickly. Extra perks in service were double shampoo with conditioner including hot towels for my neck. It felt like a spa! I also got some shave oil and a straight razor for the hair on the back of my neck, including another hot towel to finish. Rhonda even offered for me to come in when my neck hair needed maintenance at any time for free! Amazing. The conversation was great, we shared a few laughs and I feel that they took an interest in what I do. Rhonda and the other stylist definitely enjoy their work as they had a positive demeanor throughout. The salon was clean with interesting art work which created a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon. These are good, hard working people, they are professional and I have been having great hair days ever since.

  I walked into SALON ELITE with light brown hair and caramel highlights asking for them to be freshened up. After 9 hours and two visits to SALON ELITE, I have very blond hair, orange dark black and blond leopard spots in my hair and two black streaks on each side of my temples with spotty blond sections halfway down the strand. I was told by the hairdresser Tanya how much it was going to cost HER to try and fix HER mistakes. She wouldn't even listen to me, only argued that it looked fine to her, and my only option was to dye my hair dark brown??? She didn't even apologize. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager Matt, and 5 days later he had the nerve to leave me a message saying I made HIS staff uncomfortable. They REFUSE to correct their mistakes. The worst customer service I have ever had. Matt, you should be ashamed for not even speaking to me, or taking the time to see for yourself what your staff did to my hair before refusing to help fix it. Shame on YOU!!! I will be taking pictures of my hair, posting everywhere, getting it corrected and taking you to court.
