::Long time client, first time reviewer, I was not paid to do this review. My profile is visible because I am a real client :-) I have been coming to the old location (280 Slater) over the last 3 to 4 years. From my first days as a client, I have never heard one complaint or negative comment from any anyone. I know many of them now because he has always offered a friendly and kind environment to socialize with all manners of people. He is an expert in both men and women of all ages from what I have witnessed. It is important to know, he has moved (change your social and digital business information) to ***300 Slater**** (one building closer to Kent). Phone numbers are the same. Once you enter JET-North building tell security at the elevators you are coming for a haircut and they will let you through. Pass security and it will be on your left.) If you choose to enter JET-S from the Laurier entrance, same thing go through security next to elevators, and it will be on your right. I am extremely happy with his talent and expertise and have loved my hair every single time since I adopted Eid as my principal hair guy. When he is done cutting up all my hair, as it falls to the floor; I look up, and I look amazing again. Drop in (my specialty) or by appointment and Eid does take care of you and treats you right. Thank you for this little super hairstyling gem in downtown Ottawa.

::If you want a hairdresser who does exactly the opposite of what you ask him to do then this is your guy. It took me over a year to grow out my hair and Eid managed to not only cut off half the hair I worked so hard to grow but also left a bald spot that will take at least 8 months to grow back in. Eid is very unprofessional and always has something crude, sexual, and completely inappropriate to say. The guy is a creep and has destroyed my hair.
