  Big grocery store with lots of selections...i usually get my premade sandwiches here for lunch when working in the area

  Very friendly associates and always happy to assist you with what you need help finding. The cashiers are super upbeat and smiling when you arrive at their tills. Have had no issues with anyone of the staff all doing a great job to help me get in and out quickly and efficiently.

  Shares many sales with Sobeys but stocks lots that they don't, like yummy Compliments Chicken Kiev or Ginger Beef. I went in last grocery day after completely wrecking my hand in a bad fall (near but not on their property) and asked if I could use their first aid kit so I didn't bleed all the way to the medicine isle. I was just joking but they actually patched me up with their own first aid kit (2 bandaids, 3 gauze, peroxide and a whole lot of medical tape). Patching up a busted hand is super hard to do on your own, so I'm really grateful. I'll always remember that extra kindness.

  Big store, lots of selection, always easy to find a good parking spot, and they have nice big parking spots. Man, it's cold in there sometimes. Some of the checkout people get grumpy if you bring your own reusable bags, go figure. Please don't put the frozen stuff in with the bananas!!! Pro tip: look for Matt, the checkout guy. Nice and friendly, fast and efficient (no, he's not a relative!), and people seem to avoid him so he's always got a short or empty line.

  I received bad customer service and I believe they need help with conflict resolution skills. Shopping experience is ok. Staff is friendly.
