  It was a great trip! Found everything we needed, the cashier was very nice, would go back again!

  Asked the lady working at the deli if i would be able to pay an amount on my card and the rest in cash, she replies "yup no problem" ,her coworker comes to the til as well and she proceeds to tell her "i dont like doing this,it costs me so and so" all the while im wondering why did she agree to do it if shes going to complain to her coworker like i wasnt standing there, rude women.

  This was a great place to shop before Sobeys took over, staff, stock, service, 5 stars all the way. Since Sobeys, enough stock is rare, most of the staff are more interested in gossiping and talking amongst themselves than providing service. And the compliments brand that is replacing a lot of other brands, what garbage. The saving grace is that Safeway is not full-fledged sobeys, yet, and you get Airmiles.

  Good grocery store, has a great flower department. Store is always clean and has good meat and produce. Also has a Starbucks!
