  Very large rooms. Old hotel, out dated furniture, location is OK. they dont have their own car parking. It is across the other street (walk 3-4 min)stuff are friendly. the didn't have breakfast the time i visited. price wise, very reasonable.

  If I could give them no stars I would.... They are closed and no one called us to advise despite the fact we had a reservation. We arrived in Quebec City after an 11 hour train ride only to find we did not have a hotel to stay in for our New Years Eve Trip. They should have contacted their guest to advise poor service.

  Ummmm! we did not stay at this hotel since we faced a bigger issue than staying at a low quality hotel! Just 14 days before our trip the hotel cancelled our reservation because of a major construction. Remember, we are right in the holidays season when finding hotels at a desirable rate becomes more and more difficult as we get closer to Christmas! On that note, thank you Royal William for cancelling on us right at 2 weeks before Christmas, so now we at least have to pay 30% more than what we planned to! A very precious Christmas gift! Good job! (one star I gave up there is more than enough!)

  Toiletries we're not replaced daily. Towels were one each for guests. This isn't sufficient for most women who need more when washing their hair. Pleasant staff who were helpful and accommodating. Rooms spacious, clean and we'll appointed.
