::Horrible experience! The tactics of the particular realtor where unethical and immoral. He (paul kursinicyk) and the seller colluded to hide defects and used bullying and intimidation tactics to make the experience extremely more stressful than it should have been. I'm here now and making the best of a bad situation. I let the dust settle before I gave a review, its been about a year and a half.
