  The services and quality by Dr. Ken Phillips were absolutely beyond my expectations. Dr. Phillips phoned me around 7:30 pm five hours after my dental work asking me about how I felt and whether everything was fine. Dr. Phillips was a perfectionist and he tried his best to make sure the quality work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to recommend Dr. Phillips to my friends and colleagues.

  Always a pleasure to visit the dentist (despite most people's poor experiences since childhood). The clinic is modern, clean, spacious and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and warm, never pushy. I have been a client of theirs for more than a year, and look forward to many more to come.

  Me and my husband have been their patients for 3 years and have always received good care. They're busy and sometimes appointments can be quite far out, but they put you on a waiting list and you get a call if something shows up sooner. Which it normally does. It's a nice, clean, modern clinic with friendly staff, and I do recommend them.

  I have been going to Royal Centre Dental Group since about 1992 and they have taken complete care of my teeth including some dental surgery and a wide variety of procedures to my complete satisfaction. The staff are very professional and welcoming. I feel I am with friends when I return for a visit. It is a pleasure to be able to give my unreserved recommendation.

  I'm so happy I finally switched dentists after having been with my old dentist for nearly 20 years! I got sick of the poor communication style and depressing work environment of my previous dentist in West Van. Pros: - Melinda the dental hygienist is great! - modern equipment - polite customer service - very thurough - convenient location - private rooms - good communication - small free gift (coffee gift card or salsa) for new clients and for referrals. It's minor but the salsa is very good! Cons: - (minor) they call / email too many times to confirm your appointments. Maybe they get lots of cancellations but if I've confirmed my appointment I don't need more reminders.
